Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time.
Deposits are not transferable to future appointments if an appointment is fully cancelled.
However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time — as long as the new appointment is scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment date. Please text or call to arrange this.
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations/reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If a deposit was required and already paid, you will not be charged an additional cancellation fee — your deposit will simply act as that fee.
If you will be 10 minutes late or more, please text or call to let us know. We cannot guarantee we’ll still be able to take you, but we will do our best if time allows.
